Frequency of communication has been erratic at best. We were told that the process would be completed within 18 months. We are now 12 days shy of 2 years with our last communication indicating no end in sight.

We are very thankful with the results and the people who were involved with the cancellation of our contract. Thrilled that this burden of debt is over and this nightmare won't be passed on to our children.

Timeshare Compliance was upfront about the process and maintain our expectations through the whole process. It takes time but we are so relieved to no longer be in contract and to finally be done with paying for something we weren't even using! Only regret... waiting so long to actually start the process.
