We're sorry to hear that your shipment arrived with broken pieces. Did you file a damage claim on our website so we can replace it? Our Out for Delivery email contains information on inspecting your order, noting down damage, and reaching out to us for replacement materials.

I have been speaking with the support representative Nikki regarding a bathroom remodel project. She has been very professional, kind and helpful. It is a very pleasant experience to work with Tile Club

My first experience with Tile Club, but both my requested pricing and sample order were processed quick and painless. Looking forward to making the purchase once the samples are all approved.

Return procedures are not well outlined or defined. My order of subway tiles arrived wrapped in only paper and when I returned the tiles in the way they were sent to me, the damages from shipping was placed in me and taken out if my return. The support team is difficult to get ahold of over phone and email, both often with large gaps of time between responses. I recommend working with a company that takes better care of their product and customers.

Hello Jake, We are very sorry your return arrived damaged to our warehouse, and it is not our intent for you to ever receive broken tiles. We do offer damage protection on all of our orders - as noted in the email you opened on 05/10, the shipment company covers damage claims made within 72 hours of delivery. Since you returned the tiles instead of filing a damage claim, we were unable to verify if they were delivered to you that way or the damage happened in transit back to us. We also outline the steps for inspecting your delivery and filing a damage claim in the email you received before the order was delivered. If most of the damage happened on the way back to our warehouse you should be able to recover reimbursement from the shipping company you used for your return. Please file a claim with the freight company you chose for this return shipment Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with these policies, and they can always be found in the footer of our website as well as in the cart before you check out.

Tile was packaged horribly for shipping and arrived with broken pieces that could have been prevented. Outer boxes had no marking for shipping carrier indicating fragile materials or which way was up. These outer boxes showed signs of rough handling. Minimal taping meant boxes were about to split open when picked up. Insufficient padding in boxes meant 2 inner cardboard sleeves of tile were loosely banging around as outer box was handled and showed signs of damage from this. Some tile breakage in shipping is expected but my kids plastic toys from amazon are packaged with more care than these tiles were!

We're so sorry to hear this was your experience and we definitely want to make this right. If you haven't already, please file a breakage claim on our website so we can make sure you receive the tiles you need. https://www.tileclub.com/pages/damages-policy Our team will be addressing your concerns with our warehouse as well.

I was wowed by the online photos of tiles when searching for tiles for my bathroom. The Luna Sky tiles that I selected were off the charts beautiful. I was tentative about ordering online, not being able to walk around a showroom. But the tiles were delivered safely, only 2 tiles broken in a pretty large order.
