Do not buy from this company. We had placed an order in january and still didn’t get it. We were told they never got payment, and we had to wait a couple days for them to finally confirm that they did get the payment and they would be shipping our tile. This was after many calls of trying to get them to finally send the tile after 6 months. Then they said that they would expedite ship it, this took another whole week with shipping being delayed. Meanwhile this project had to be finished that very week. Horrible experience would not recommend this to anyone and will be switching all my specs from this company to another.

Ordered samples and received quickly.

Tile Club delivered broken tiles and initially refused to replace them. When they finally agreed to replace just a single box, they charged an absurd $331 shipping fee. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Communication regarding my order. The quality of the tiles. Beautiful!! Arrived intact in shipping which was extremely important and the price for such lovely and unique tiles.

Tile ia great but the customer service and return policies are not. You basically have to open up your tile right away and inspect it because if you wait you miss the return window- and if you have to return it you have to pay for shipping - so would be hesitant to buy from here again s local which is easier not to risk your money. Which is a shame bc again the tile is gorgeous and truly great products
