The service of the TiGr lock team is brilliant. Even purchasing from the UK has been an easy experience.

The best casual lock for a bike is a lock that is always with your bike, is unobtrusive and well designed and will resist a cable cutter and will require a grinder to defeat. All locks can be defeated, the best ones buy you time. This is a good lock for me and where I live. Live in NYC or the tenderloin? Buy a heavier lock. For the rest of us, this is a great lock.

I have two locks keyed differently. I pulled the key replacement number from the little minuscule metal tag and read the number, then ordered. Problem was I misread a 6 for an 8 in the key code. Give me a break. I'm seventy-six years old with developing cataracts. This wasn't human error, it was age related commonly occurring error. I admitted my error to the company and had to use a magnifying glass to check the number code. I asked for a re-keyed set of keys, a set to fit both my locks. Request denied by Jim at TigrLock. So much for considerate customer service.
