Ce n'est pas le cadenas qui pose problème mais le support, qui a des fragilités. C'est le 3eme que j'installe. Si on ajoute les taxes depuis Trump ça fait mal.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We have upgraded the bike mounting clip from an ABS to polycarbonate plastic which is more resistant to UV rays and more flexible. You should have a better experience with the one you just purchased. Thank you again.

This is the third time i am buying a replacement cradle for tigr lock. The product is not designed well and the wings are made of fragile plastic which is why they keep breaking.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The current mounting clip is made with ABS plastic. We are migrating to a polycarbonate plastic which will provide more flexibility and a longer lasting mounting clip. We will be announcing the change and availability sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

It is light, but the lock of the padlock does not age well. I progressively became more and more difficult to open it, before eventually I could not open it anymore at all and had to cut it open, in public...

Thanks for posting a review. Sorry to hear about the issue with the lock cylinder. Please reach out to [email protected] with any issues with or questions about any TiGr product. As a first step in this case we'd recommend flushing the mechanism with copious amounts of WD-40 and then working the key back and forth in order to dislodge the bits of grit and grime that may be in there gumming up the works. In general we recommend a shot of WD-40 into the keyway from time-to-time and or as needed to keep things functioning smoothly. The more exposure the lock gets to the elements, corrosion, road debris, etc. the more frequent. Lock-specific lubricants also help keep things functioning smoothly and reduce wear over time. Please don't ever put any light oil or non-lock-specific lubricant into the lock. Doing so will gum up the works for sure. If there is any light oil or non-lock-specific lubricant in there you can clean it out with an acetone-based solvent and then lubricate with a lock-specific lubricant.

I have a Trek Dual Sport 4 and Trek Verve 2. The Tigr lock is a great idea but I am unable to lock my front wheel and frame together with the lock let alone to a bike rack.
