TIGR LockReviews of tigrlock.com

Delivered the right thing promptly!

The TiGr is a great lock. I bought this for my son who needed something lightweight but secure. We both did lots of research and we both felt it is a good compromise between those two criteria. The rattle-free mount is also a blessing. He is using this for medium security situations where he is not leaving his bike in a heavily-urban security zone, but something less hazardous for periods up to an hour. It is expensive, and living in Canada and having it shipped up here, was horribly expensive thanks to UPS and their "handling fees", which are robbery, but it was for his birthday, so I sucked it up.

The people at TiGr did a great job at receiving, processing and getting the order out. Ordering was easy and got what we ordered in a timely manner, well packaged and ready to go. It was nice to also know the product is made right in the USA as well! Great and unique bike lock! My Cannondale appreciate it!

Easy to use — lightweight. A great alternative to the heavy locks currently on the market.

Great customer service. I had some issues with shipping to Canada and Jim helped make it smooth and easy. Thank you!

Lightweight, lock and bike mount, top quality locking mechanism as well. I also appreciate seeing it's Made in USA. Company staff was very responsive and helpful.

I like Tigr lock bike locks and I like the people who run the company. The locks are super-light - important because I invested in a light bike, why would I want a heavy lock?! And super-secure. I bought a second one - the blue steel, and like it even more than the first, plus I had it keyed to the same key number. I am in Canada and Jim made sure I got what I needed and that the shipping cost wouldn’t kill me.

This lock is perfect for my VanMoof S3. I have mounted the TiGr lock to my frame with a universal water bottle adapter. The lock looks contemporary, it is quick, secure, and easy to use. I mostly use the lock for short trips when I know I am only going to lock my bike up for an hour and add an additional chain lock for longer trips because SF bike thieves are fervent destroyers of 2 wheeled fun.
