The keys you sent me didn’t work on my cylinder AND your email address seems to be unable to receive mail.
Tried contacting you through the IG messaging but to no avail.
This is the second time I buy copies from my keys and you send me the wrong ones.

3rd replacement
This is the 3rd time I'm replacing my mounting clip. Necessary to have, but annoying that it keeps breaking.

Would have preferred a larger lock and did not see any available for purchase on the website. Mini lock much smaller than I had anticipated.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the TiGr Bike Lock that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
Upon testing the lock, I was alarmed to find that it was easily cut with a saw, almost as if it were made of butter. This raises serious questions about the security and effectiveness of the lock. I had expected a much higher level of durability and protection, especially given the claims made about your products.
Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the previous lock model made of titanium, which I had intended to purchase, is no longer available. The TiGr lock, as it stands, does not meet my expectations for securing my bike.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this lock to anyone looking for reliable bike security. I hope that you can address these concerns and consider improving the design and materials used in your locks.

So sorry that our lock did not meet your expectations and that you were expecting the discontinued titanium model. The titanium model was replaced with a high carbon steel shackle. The high carbon steel is more difficult to cut through, more flexible, thinner, and a bit lighter. The Tigr Lock has a 2-star rating by ART which places it in a mid-range of security. The Tigr Lock is for customers looking for a lightweight lock that can be mounted to their bike. Yet provides a level of security to leave their bike unattended for short periods of time. Tigr Locks are not designed to protect a bike unattended overnight in a major metropolitan area. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.

Ordered the locks, sent a mail giving the lock number, and received the locks with a random number.
It's a pale copy of the original titanium lock, a flimsy thin steel item. A pity as the original was a favourite among the family.
