The titanium lock is excellent but the plastic frame holder is not very durable and requires replacement.

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of switching the plastic part of the mounting clip from an ABS to a polycarbonate plastic which is more flexible and durable. We truly value our customers feedback.

너무 무겁습니다. 조금더 가볍게 만들면 더 좋을것같습니다

I had to go twice to get my keys, but the first time the parcel got lost on delivery. Well now I have my keys, but more than 50$ us for 2 keys is a bit expensive. Other suppliers give up to 5 keys with the purchase of a padlock. Yours is particularly good and very light, but twice the price of a good regular padlock. If you lose just one key, it becomes a problem. Seriously, you should provide more than 2 keys when you buy a padlock. For a padlock of this price, it's a little extra that will be appreciated by your customers.

I'm a big fan of my Tigr lock, but my last mount broke while riding. Just rough terrain no falls or anything serious, which isn't great. I bought two this time one for each of my bikes. Two of the 4 screws for the mounts were not machined. No way to install them as the tops didn't have any usable grooves. Luckily I was able to use my old screws.

OK. But pretty expensive.

The lock got stuck in customs so delivery took about a month in total and got hit with significant additional taxes. Good lock, but wouldn't recommend buying it if you're not in the US (Not sure why Tigr is arguing with the comments, but even if their facts are off - I ordered on Aug 6th, and got in Aug 30th - we are in agreement: good lock, long delivery, and big customs charges if you're in Europe, and all of this is within expectations for them)

In principle everything was OK, but the shipping method caused a delivery period of more than a month. Result was that we had to leave abroad, using our locks, but without spare keys.

Thanks for the order and for posting a review. In this case, we shipped the custom key order within 48 hours via the postal service. Shipping via postal service is the least expensive method by a wide margin, but international shipping times can be hard to predict. Shipping to an address outside of the US can take over a month. Please send a note to [email protected] if you’d like to discuss other shipping methods. To anyone considering placing an order on tigrlock.com, please review the shipping information page: https://tigrlock.com/pages/shipping-information Per that page, for shipments to addresses outside of the US, “Delivery time ranges from 1-3 weeks for international delivery in most cases, but can take over 4 weeks depending on customs and the local carrier who will make ultimate delivery”

Lock/cylinder had to be replaced. Not happy.

Thanks for being a TiGr user and thanks for the review. A shot of WD-40 into the key mechanism from time-to-time and/or as needed will help reduce wear and keep things functioning smoothly,
