Over the years that I have been using their DVR camera system there were times that things went haywire. At times I was so frustrated that I wanted to try something else, but, May was always there for me and helped or walked me thru to resolve the issue. Latest problem caused me to uninstall everything and start over but she took it step by step and everything was resolved. One major problem we figured out was the VPN was denying me to remote view on Android. Reinstalling pro was much easier with the installation manual. Thank you May for everything and your patience and understanding every time.

Company tech support is great. I emailed for instructions and they get back to me very quickly.

I had been delaying my purchase of additional 5MP POE cameras to expand my system until I was ready for the installation. When I searched online, it appeared that none were available. In spite of reaching out after hours on the weekend, I received a quick response,verified that they had inventory, and had my cameras on order the next day. Very prompt customer service.

I needed to reset my box to factory defaults as the person who set it up is no longer around and nobody else knows anything about it. They got me fixed right up.

After needing to change my 2013 electrical box, had much difficulty resetting iphones. Called Tigersecu and got excellent customer service!! My Dvr was not recording. I called and spoke with LAN. She was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, and she resolved my problem. I would like to thank Lan and Tiger secure.
