I replaced an older analog QSEE DVR which had crashed. I had a 16 camera analog system which when all cameras were plugged into the TIGERSECU DVR they immediately worked great. Now the remote apps take some learning to use and there are still downloading event video issues. I find it hard to select a single camera event video and only download the clipped section. The software seems to always want to download all cameras which have the same clip times to the file areas. Other than that it works easy and nicely for my old QSEE cameras.

I had an issue with my Tiger DVR. Ian was able to help me solve the issue quickly. He also then proceeded to answer numerous questions I had and walked me through everything step by step. I’ve had the tiger DVR for a few years now and always felt there were downfalls to the system/product. Little did I know, I just needed Ian’s help to show me its full potential. Thank you Ian!
