This company continues to amaze me with thei customer service. Whether shopping for equipment or supporting the product after purchase, they are always quick to answer questions, provide detailed instruction or offer solutions. I've bought both cameras and a DVR for my security system. With the camera, they offered assistance in helping to pick out the right model for my system as well as the post installation support to get it running. With the DVR, any issues or questions have been met with quick answers or troubleshooting help. I love the fact this company backs up their products and provides customer service where the focus is on the customer experience. I'll continue to buy and support this company as it is rare in today's world.

There was an issue with the DVR that I bought through Amazon. The service person was spectacular, she is very knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received.

I had an issue with my Tiger DVR. Ian was able to help me solve the issue quickly. He also then proceeded to answer numerous questions I had and walked me through everything step by step. I’ve had the tiger DVR for a few years now and always felt there were downfalls to the system/product. Little did I know, I just needed Ian’s help to show me its full potential. Thank you Ian!

I had forgotten my password. They first had me verify that it was a unit that I had purchased and then sent a very detailed email giving me instructions to reset that worked perfectly. Very, very happy.

I had an issue with a camera that I purchased from Amazon. I put in a service request. Though I thought the camera was DOA I was put in contact with May. She was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. It turned out it was a compatibility issue with my existing DVR She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. In addition she was very pleasant and easy to talk to. When the need arose to call back with another question, she knew exactly who I was and called me by name. That's a great thing. There's nothing worse than calling back to a business for tech support and having to start all over again trying to explain the ground you've already covered. Thanks again, May.

LAN was so good to resolve problem

Replacement camera arrived and bench test revealed 4-in-1 toggle not working. I was able to access menu and select AHD. After mounting the video had a green bar from top to bottom that eventually disappeared. Camera has periodically flickered everyday during the day, but no loss of video yet.
