so difficult to purchase tickets. rejected all my cards eventhough they are totally paid up I called credit card companies and they confirmed that everything is fine from their end. No way to contact any support team. Such a useless organization.

Do not buy through this site I purchased tickets .they never got sent to me.and they would not refund me DONT TRUST THEM.

TicketWeb is useless for me. It's as if I'm banned from buying tickets through the because I've never been able to do it. It just declines my transaction, then I see the transaction pop up in my credit card app, and then the transaction is reversed. If I keep trying with the same card it will just keep happening. I've followed their advice (try incognito mode and all this other stuff) but it doesn't work. Different cards, different browsers, made sure my VPN is off. At this point if I see tickets are through TicketWeb I just have my husband purchase because there's no point. This has been an issue for me for years, but just leaving the review today.

declining my card, saying I'm putting in my name and address wrong. tried with a different card and had the same issue

I have been charged on my credit for a concert that I didnt make.. Filed a report with my Credit Card company, TicketWeb will not reply.. BS

Trash company cancel show don’t give refunds

Terrible site. Kept declining two cards for "wrong information" despite it being clearly the correct information and my bank even alerted my that a purchase was being approved yet ticket web declined it on their side. Waste of time!

Unable to buy tickets. Keeps hitting me with an unexpected error. No explanation other then ‘different billing adress/security risk/exceeding ticket limit’. I’m gonna miss seeing my idol now…
