Courses were quick and easy to navigate. The random verification throughout the course was painless. I later had an issue where the state DMV was reporting they did not receive notification of completion. Ticker School representatives assured me that they submitted documentation electronically and I should not have any issues. The day of my road test the DMVs website was still reporting they did not receive it, but when the road test employee called they did verbally confirm having it. I was grateful that Ticket School assured me it was taken care of.

The process of calling in for authentication is terrible. I am an able bodied young person and 40 seconds was not enough time if you are somewhere where the call has any trouble going though. If there is any poor phone service where you are you will fail the authenticity and then be threatened to fail the course and have to pay again. I will use a different site in the future.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Unfortunately the 40 second time requirement to call in at the ID points was set by the NY DMV and is not up to us. We would love for that to be longer.

I think the material presented in the TicketSchool driving course was very useful and timely. I have my drive license for 30+ years and some of the material had information I found very useful. Having a test after a block, instead of at the very end was also very helpful.
