Hello Shawn and thank you for your feedback. We understand that frustration, but please understand that these courses must follow state and Dept. of Motor Vehicle requirements, one of which, puts a cap on the amount of video that is allowed in a course. I know that seems crazy, but unfortunately that is the case. Hopefully they will loosen those rules at some point and we can add more video. Thanks for choosing us though for your course needs!

I passed and it just told me after 5hrs it failed made me call the dmv and they also were confused

I have checked your account and your completion could not be reported to the NY DMV because you put in incorrect data when you registered. We need for you to contact our office with your learner's permit in front of you so that we can verify the incorrect information that you entered, make the correction and get your completion reported to the DMV successfully. What was the point of asking question at the start without being informed it was for validation later
What was the point of person validation, I answered the questions at random in the beginning because I found them intrusive. Would not recommend

Hello Claudio. We would just like to point out at in order to get a 5 hour online pre-licensing course approved by the NY DMV we must meet certain regulatory requirements they have. One of those is to have identity validation in the course. They stipulate how those ID methods must function. We are sorry that you found them to be intrusive, but we have not found a more simple way that meets the state's rules other than the simple ID questions.

The online course for Fl bdi constantly…
Ticketschool.com / Driver Training Associates. The online course for Fl bdi constantly costs more wasted time at every section completed. Page time clock at end of section is zero, hit next page and it bumps you out, then you reconfirm its you and clock now has 2-3 min left to go to next page. With 6 main section and 10-12 lession in each, that 2-3 minutes adds up hours of extra wasted time. Recommend another site. Garbage in my opinion, should be one star. Now this section added 15 min for video already seen. FIND DIFFERENT SITE, IT EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING !!!

The videos did not work
The videos did not work, outdated technology and forced to read length scripts instead. With language barrier this took hours longer. The whole reason I selected this course was mislead.

The process of calling in for…
The process of calling in for authentication is terrible. I am an able bodied young person and 40 seconds was not enough time if you are somewhere where the call has any trouble going though. If there is any poor phone service where you are you will fail the authenticity and then be threatened to fail the course and have to pay again. I will use a different site in the future.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Unfortunately the 40 second time requirement to call in at the ID points was set by the NY DMV and is not up to us. We would love for that to be longer.
