Hello LeFredrick. I am sorry to that you had a bad experience. As soon as I got this review I tried calling you to discuss but got your voicemail. I looked at your course profile and noticed that you took our 5-hour Pre-licensing course in New York. That course electronically reports completions directly into the NY DMV system so you can schedule your driving test. Our records show that occurred on October 5th. Unfortunately the NY DMV reporting system was down at that time and so we received an error, and were told to call us to investigate. You called our office today October 8th and we were able to re-report it successfully since their system was back up. Regarding the 7 calls... we have a team of staff ready to take call from 8AM to 6PM EST Monday through Friday and 8AM to 4PM on Saturday. I searched our system over the last week and could not find any voicemails or emails left by you. Again, I am sorry for your bad experience, but as soon as we heard from you today we got on it and resolved it. Hello Shawn and thank you for your feedback. We understand that frustration, but please understand that these courses must follow state and Dept. of Motor Vehicle requirements, one of which, puts a cap on the amount of video that is allowed in a course. I know that seems crazy, but unfortunately that is the case. Hopefully they will loosen those rules at some point and we can add more video. Thanks for choosing us though for your course needs!

Hello Krystal. Just to clarify for anyone that might read your review...The New York DMV built the online 5-hour pre-licensing courses so that the completion would be reported directly to the DMV and no certificate (MV-278) would be required for new drivers to keep track of. They did it that way to make it easier. Since the course completion is sent directly to the DMV, anyone that takes the pre-licensing course online (our course or any other site's) must schedule and take their driving test with the DMV and not a commercial driving school. If someone wants to take their driving test at a driving school, then must take the 5-hour course in person and not online.
