I'll be honest the course was good the reporting it to New York, the ease of obtaining your results in addition to getting those results where they need to go that process is was jarring seeing that I had to call but the only reason people use this service is to avoid more issues with compliance and keeping your records correct and on file and that is exactly what happened eventhough receiving a you must call message was alarming. I had to call about 7 times just to get someone to answer however after sending one email I received more traction within about 10 minutes. My voicemails were received and I got two call backs while I was on the train. Other than the scare for about 2 days that there was an issue I was able to call and email get a quick response and check if my course was completed and turned into the DMV Board in NYC.

Hello LeFredrick. I am sorry to that you had a bad experience. As soon as I got this review I tried calling you to discuss but got your voicemail. I looked at your course profile and noticed that you took our 5-hour Pre-licensing course in New York. That course electronically reports completions directly into the NY DMV system so you can schedule your driving test. Our records show that occurred on October 5th. Unfortunately the NY DMV reporting system was down at that time and so we received an error, and were told to call us to investigate. You called our office today October 8th and we were able to re-report it successfully since their system was back up. Regarding the 7 calls... we have a team of staff ready to take call from 8AM to 6PM EST Monday through Friday and 8AM to 4PM on Saturday. I searched our system over the last week and could not find any voicemails or emails left by you. Again, I am sorry for your bad experience, but as soon as we heard from you today we got on it and resolved it.
