this course was easy to follow and very self explanatory. Highly recommended for anyone that needs or wants to take a defensive driving course.

I reviewed many traffic/ticket school options by watching short samples of videos that each program offered to assist in selecting a traffic/ticket school. Most were too annoying for me to even watch their brief sample. Your program was done in an interesting manner without being stupid and annoying like the others. Thank you.

Charged us twice for testing, which was a mistake and was refunded the extra charges. But then when my daughter tried to take the test it glitched and said she failed. No questions appeared, just a blank screen then straight to test failed. Within a minute. Another glitch. We had to bring her to the dmv to complete it. Save your time and money and go to the dmv!

I am very sorry to hear that you had this issue. While rare, unfortunately a technical glitch can occur while interfacing with the FL DHSMV system to retrieve questions and submit the answers for conducting an online exam. We do offer a refund for any paid attempt that has any problems, so I am glad that you have already requested and received those. Again, our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
