You gotta keep on them when it comes to…
You gotta keep on them when it comes to setting up appointments and you have to be super clear about taking a learner's permit test and not a lesson. Otherwise, not bad. The staff are super friendly and supportive.

Hello Amelia. I think you might have us confused with a driving school that uses our online TLSAE course in Florida. There are a number of driving schools that send their customers to our site to take the TLSAE (drug and alcohol) course online which is part of the requirements to get their permit / license. The driving schools are their own businesses and operate totally independent when it comes to the appointments, etc. for behind the wheel time, etc. I hope that you were happy with the online TLSAE course portion especially. SCAM!!! Avoid this!
Talked to my insurance agent after I paid for and completed the course. I learned that insurance and police still see the ticket and my insurance rate still went up. Thanks for the wasted time and wasted money. SCAM!!!!

Thank you Myles for taking the time to submit this review. I am sorry that you feel that completing the course wasn't helpful. To be clear, taking a BDIC course in Michigan does not remove or dismiss a ticket from your record. We don't make that claim. To quote from the MI SOS website..."Passing a BDIC permits drivers with an opportunity to avoid points on their records and the ticket information from being sent to insurance companies. The driver must be eligible to take the course and may only avoid points once under this program.". We reported your completion to the MI Secretary of State as required so the points from your ticket should not be on your record. Regarding your insurance still going up, I would encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to determine if the one ticket you received that you took our course for was the reason for the rate increase solely, and if so, contact the MI SOS to find out how since taking BDIC is supposed to prevent them from being notified.

Excellent Course
I took this course as my state allowed my points to be hidden if I completed the course. I took the course. I appreciated the fact my points are hidden, but I really believe the course made me a better driver. It is a great refresher course and the structure of the course made it easy, understandable, and gave you a new perspective on not only responsible driving but being a safer driver for your own self. I firmly believe this course should be required for all drivers every time you renew your license.

Good course with videos
I was very pleased with the online TicketSchool course. I liked that there were unit tests instead of a test at the end of the course. I would recommend this course.
