I signed up to avoid points on my license from a minor collision. I completed the course online within the allotted time, and passed all the exams. I found it helped to take notes during the course. I'm happy with the results.

I understand that the calls and security questions and 40 seconds are a necessity, but every time I take this class and this is the third time, I have trouble. This is the first time I have taken the course on my cell phone and have the exact same difficulty when trying to call in. *** On the positive side, this is the easiest way to learn something and have some control over my insurance rates. I can't understand why everyone complains about their rates, but doesn't bother to take this class. Boggles the mind!

We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the call in security question setup Dawn. You are correct that having an ID method in the course is a DMV requirement and we have found the call in system to be the easiest for our customers. If there is anything we can do in your opinion to make that setup function better we would love to get your suggestions. Thanks for taking the time to submit this reveiw and for choosing us multiple times. Be safe out there!
