The customer service cannot be beat! I’ve emailed them several times and receive a quick reply each time with a good option to remedy my question or concern. The product is very high quality along with being 3rd party tested. The price per gram cannot be beaten and they offer frequent discounts on top of their low prices. They also ship most orders within a few hours after I’ve placed them. I’ve used other vendors and have not been nearly as pleased as I have been with Tianeptine Depot.

Product has always been decent quality. Customer service is usually prompt. They care about customer satisfaction. I’ve placed 5 orders with Tianeptine-Depot and everything has gone smoothly with the exception of one order that I had for UPS next day air. Jason was on top of the issue. He sent me extra product to make up for the delay in delivery and is looking into getting a credit for the overnight fees from UPS as they played a part in it not delivering on time. The product comes in nice little plastic containers with lids as opposed to another vendor that used tiny zip lock bags. The product come sealed and labeled as well. Jason called me to discuss the issue with delivery and made up for the delay. I will continue to use Tianeptine-Depot and would recommend it to others as well.

Best customer service I have ever dealt with! I very rarely run into issues with them, and when a small problem does arise they are very prompt to respond and mitigate the issue straight away.

These guys are fantastic, the product is always consistent and the customer service it top notch. I have had several questions and they are always willing to help and respond very quickly. I highly recomend them!
