As always, trying a new company can be unnerving. The way I came to have enough confidence to put in my first order was sending an email. All the other places I've shopped for similar products have non existent customer service. You could send a thousand emails to those places and they will not respond. I sent an email in the morning to the depot and received a response rather quickly. That's how I knew I was gonna be ordering from them from now on. Albeit was just a singular email regarding tracking for ground advantage shipping. But still, the point still stands that they actually act like humans and treat their customers as such as well. I love signing up for the newsletter and actually receiving news and deals. As a college student with a tight budget, this place is the most affordable place I've found. Shipping was quick with my first order and thought I should write a review as I just put in my second one. I suspect it will be the same as the last. This is more than just a review, this is a show of appreciation for going above and being better than the competition in every aspect. Thank you guys.

These guys don't mess around. A lot of vendors offer overnight shipping but drag their feet getting it to the shipper. These guys are on it, making things happen!
