Awesome product, great customer service w/ timely response, very organized website for easy product browsing, Many paying and shipping options, overall just a good place to be.

I placed my order on Monday at approx 9am, and paid $50 for ups delivery next day. I recieved an email from Tianeptine Depot on Tuesday (my expected delivery date) that they were out of the product, and it will be another day or 2, before it will be shipped out. I finally recieved my product on Thursday. I expected, at the very least, a refund of the $50 I paid for next day delivery. Tianeptine Depot should have let me know, when i paid for the product, that they were out of stock. Instead, they gladly accepted my money, and notified me the next day, that they were out of stock. Complete and absolute failure!

There was no supply left when I placed my order. When they got some supplies on Friday, they upped my UPS 2-Day shipping to Next Day Air Saturday. That’s amazing customer service and greatly appreciated!!

Always on time, always the best quality and always the best in all ways!!! Keep up the great work. 👍

I understand this is not the fault of the company but I paid for overnight shipping and did not receive my order until 5 days later
