Gave $88,000 to thryv and GOT NOTHING IN RETURN!!! Had thryv for 8 months and didn’t get any business in return! When we would have zoom meetings and asked thryv (a company we hired to help out our business) to provide us with simple info, they would refuse to help! Even when they would help, it would take them 2 months to complete a very simple task! I would never recommend anyone or any small business to use thryv!!!! They feed off of small business by selling a dream that’s never going to happen! They are the worst company I’ve ever had experience with. But they would always make sure our payment went through! Not professional AT ALL!!!

We never ordered anything from your company and we keep getting billed. Nobody in this company signed any contract or ordered anything. Please stop bullying us to pay for something we did not order.

Full scam operation. They charge you $360 a month for 6 months to post 2 social media posts a week. They messed up my website, they did the opposite of what I asked for marketing, and their customer service is not helpful at all. Save your money.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY OR SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THEM… Their lead services were trash and not worth it at all…and then they tried to tell me I was locked into 6 months of it when, at no time, did they inform Me of that. DO NOT WALK AWAY…RUN!!!!

I’ve been a customer forever and after all these years my company doesn’t even come up when searching for it in my specific town. I’m also tired of paying 3 different bills to 3 different invoices since you’ve taken over other companies. I only get less than 3 calls a year based on your advertising for me
