Pretty botched up job

This survey is a little early for me to give my full opinion on the Thry software and customer service. I'm neutral on my star rating as I've only been on 2 phone calls and the first call wasn't successful and I had to reach out to Google myself. The second call there was some confusion on what services that Thryv would provide to me. All in all the people were polite but at this point there was not any significant value added but it hasn't been bad either.

Last November I asked about your protocol regarding terminating your services. I wanted to know if there was a minimum requirement of notification, etc. It was explained that we were on a month to month contract. However, the next thing I found out was that from that phone conversation, they terminated our contract. Total not what I expected or wanted. In the meantime I asked for my rep to contact us and I still have not heard from her.

No notice or explanation of what was going on. Just did it and when we call for an explanation service is limited.

I would highly recommend not using this service. Waste of time and money. They provide absolutely no value, but want your hard earned money. None of the software ever worked and the coaches and tech support were unable to fix it. They expect to be paid even though no services were provided. They could not produce any evidence of anything done by their company during the time I was a customer. Every request has been ignored by the customer service department, sales rep and whoever else replied. Replies take many days as well. I’m now fighting to get my UNEARNED money back while they continue to send additional invoices for SERVICES THAT THEY DID NOT PERFORM! You will receive absolutely no benefit for your money!
