I feel I was over promised and they under delivered. I was using Thryv for over a year, and throughout the year items changed which caused issues and when calling to have fixed I received attitudes and no callbacks. I used their DocuSign feature for all of my clients and the clients had to get a code from a phone in order to open the documents that was just one of four issues. I also use the credit card feature they charge my client 2.9% and then charged me 2.9% at the higher rate to me that is double dipping this was never explained when I signed up for, when I called to ask the answer I got was this is the way it happens.

The people make the difference Jennifer Koly Erik Pulliam, Christie Hathcock, and Christina Rodriquez are great. We have grown 20% a year the past 4 years! Scheduling, able to put out an announcement/message once a month and able to send estimates/invoices all in one is great.

I have been on the Thryv platform for almost one full year and I have not received ONE inbound call from a prospect from the paid Thryv marketing activities. The facebook posts Thryv are creating for my business as part of my paid plan are not consistent with my core business activities. In fact they are quite horrible and I have resorted to deleting every FB post Thryv has created and posted for my business. My Google My Business page is not ranking and cannot be found doing a variety of search string searches. I was over 6 months into using the Thryv platform only to learn that Thryv had not properly set up my Google My Business page?! The website designed by Thryv is very unprofessional looking and after multiple conversations with Thryv; Thryv continues to use inaccurate terms for my niche in my industry in the website and facebook post copy. I have brought this to Thryv's attention multiple times and they continue to use the wrong descriptors for my type of business. Thryv also claims to be SEO experts. I am not experiencing that the website they have designed for my business is getting any organic search result traffic. The Thryv software is also very cumbersome and clunky. You have to come up with a variety of hacks to get the software to do what you want it to do. If you are a company looking for a total business solution, I suggest you continue your search.

I have been using Thryv since July 2022. I own a small family owned and operated balloon business. I have used THRYV to improve processes in my business work flow. I am constantly changing things to make my work life more simple. THRYV is wonderful for all facets of my business. I love that I can schedule social media to so many different platforms right from my dashboard. I can track sales, orders sync right to my Google calendar, send out marketing emails or text messages. The customer service is beyond amazing. I can call anytime day or night and get help. I am so thankful for how THRYV has improved te ease of my business. I am always working to refine, I never just set and forget, but you definitely could, because it is so easy.

For a year I used and loved Thryv. It was a little expensive for my small business but it made life so much easier it was worth it. I used the group text which still works well and the reason this is not one star. The social media posting which I hate now and the thryv pay which no longer charges the customer the fee. So I am now looking for options to save the almost $2500 I spend on Thryv on something else. You had a great service but not what I want anymore. I would stay if the amount was adjusted but it's just not worth it to be frustrated.

Chase gives fantastic service and calls me frequently to check in and give me insight as to how he is keeping an eye on our campaign and how he is improving it when he sees an option to do so
