They increased my monthly charges without notice two months in a row, and added an additional charge during a monthly term period without notice or authorization. Substantial price increases and unauthorized mid term charges without warning caused me to find a much more competitive service. Upon canceling prior to the end of a monthly term, they canceled support immediately buy continue to try to charge for an additional month of website hosting, now stating my account is past due. All of customer service explanations are boilerplate answers. Terrible company when you want to discontinue. Will never use this company again in the future and will never recommend it either.

Left a message on Wayne Stewarts phone over a week ago. He never returned my call. There are errors in my ad on your website "The Real Yellow Pages" that need to be corrected. The are duplicate entries for my business. One has an incorrect phone number with no location mentioned and the other has a correct phone number but incorrect address. This is unacceptable. My business name is Iron Run Self Storage.

This site and business never serviced my company correctly and/or as they advised they would be. They took my website to redo it so it would be more likely to be further up in the google listing , but it was never done correctly . I was never listed on google and the website was just as I created it. They did give me a 6 month refund due to there lack of service which totaled $2439.80 out of $5990.00 already paid to them directly from my account. I should have received full refund . My rep that sold me into this service also agrees that I should have receive full refund. Instead they could only offer me 6 months of past payments . This is theft from my company for services not rendered and obviously they have agreed by giving me just this refund they have. Beware of this company.

This company is fraudulent from start to finish. I’ve been a customer for a long period of time. I initially signed a contract that locked me in for a year. Each year following, they would call me, and I would renew it. Throughout the OVER FIFTEEN years I was a customer, I received little to no calls or increase in my business. Last year, 2024, I chose not to renew my contract because my advertisement was not getting me any business. When they called I did not answer, because I should not have to if I did not want to renew. They left a voicemail ASKING me to renew my contract. I did not return a call. The way it should’ve gone was for them to not renew my contract unless I specifically told them to. In the mail, I began receiving bills from them. I called to figure out why they were billing me. They told they renewed my contract for three years. Just in case it’s not clear, they renewed it WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I am still going back and forth with them to get me out of this contract, that I did not consent for. They are nothing but dishonest, deceiving, scamming, fraudulent liars that call themselves a “business” to cover it up. If you take away one thing let it be that they are a ripoff. They deceive people. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

They're a shady company. Their staff actively mislead.
