I bought their lifetime package a couple of years ago, but they won't let me install the Thrive Architect anymore (I have used it on around 10 sites). They even stopped providing and updating the thrive focus theme. I am never buying anything from these people again.

EDIT: After reading other reviews posted earlier to mine, I am adding that I, too, was a huge fan of Thrive Themes -- all of the plug-ins as well. I'm going into my 4th year of using it (I have 4 or 5 licenses). I didn't realize Thrive was under new ownership / management. What a difference from what it used to be. Buyer/user, be advised that things are quite different now. Based on my experience and other reviews I'm reading here, seems the first line of CS is doing a good job. The rest of what's going on beyond the initial CS is clearly what's tanking. +++++++++++++++++++ - I reported an error message when activating Thrive Leads on a new WordPress install. - Thrive support requested FTP access to fix the issue directly on the site. - I provided FTP access. - Thrive support tried to force install Thrive Leads but was unsuccessful. - Thrive support requested permission to deactivate non-Thrive plugins (there were 3: Yoast, Duplicate Page, and Classic Editor) and switch to a default WordPress theme to isolate the issue. - I granted permission. - Thrive support was unable to catch the fatal error causing the issue and escalated the issue to Thrive developers per my request. - Thrive developers caused the site to go down by adding a 'die' to one of the plugins. - Thrive developers did not inform me that the site was down. I discovered it myself 1.5 days later. End result: I cannot install the full suite of Thrive products. Will have to purchase another product to do what Thrive should.

Very poor customer service. I've raised an issue going to 2 weeks with several emails and no replies. Someone eventually responded but the same problems. This is unacceptable. Does anyone know how I can excalate the issues with Thrive themes they don't seem to have a customer support team and no explanation for what has happened

Thrive themes are generally quite good, but sometimes their products are frustrating. I was using their Optimize plugin and due to a bug its giving false result. The support is not that helpful.

I cannot believe the level of frustration I'm experiencing right now! I made a significant investment long ago in purchasing Thrive Architect with lifetime access, only to find myself facing a maddening problem. I've recently decided to build my one and only website, and to my shock and disappointment, I discover that my lifetime product has been DEACTIVATED! The nerve of your company to pull such a stunt is beyond me. I expected my lifetime access to mean just that – LIFETIME access. But no, you folks seem to have different plans. To make matters worse, the prices you're asking to reactivate it are ridiculously high. It's like you're holding my website hostage and demanding a king's ransom for its release. My website is the only one I'm using right now, and this entire ordeal has left me feeling utterly betrayed. I implore you, for the sake of customer satisfaction and fairness, please reactivate my lifetime Thrive Architect access for my website. This is the very least you can do to make amends for this blatant disregard of your loyal customers. I eagerly await your prompt response, hoping that you'll do the right thing and rectify this situation ASAP. Thank you – though right now, it's hard to say that with genuine gratitude.

@Thrive: Hello Thrive Team, thank you for your response. The license was registered to my boss so he could deduct it from his taxes. We canceled the suite. ----- Thrive Themes has changed very badly since the departure of the founders and longtime employees and these people were the only reason to stay with Thrive. The support was and is very bad, the themes are not modern and the loading times when editing are far too long. The UI is one of the best on the market, but that alone is not enough. YT videos are now superficial and blog posts are promotional events for the new owner's overpriced products. The philosophy of the founders is history. It's a shame, but it's way too expensive for that. The whole approach (generate a lead) in connection with the old design of the landing pages is out of date, such landing pages tend to scare off consumers today. Even the typeface on their slow and convoluted homepage is anything but clear and legible and definitely not 2023. If you don't move with the times, you move with the times.

FINGER WEG - AGB GENAU LESEN Support: Fehlanzeige - gibt es nicht Nach einem Thrive Update funktioniert der Theme Builder nicht mehr. Nach 2 Wochen E-Mail Ping-Pong ohne Lösungen, "zerstört" der Support einfach die Website und stellt die Arbeit ein. Siehe da: Laut Thrive-AGB ist das auch zulässig, weil Thrive nicht für seine Produkte garantiert und diese jederzeit ändern kann. Thrive haftet nicht für die Schäden oder die Agentur-Kosten. Diese AGB kennen keinen Kunden. FINGER WEG - die allermeisten sogenannten Erfahrungsberichte mit Thrive haben einen Marketing-Link und sind somit fragwürdig. Wer schreibt schon ehrlich, warum ein Produkt/ein Support nichts taugt und verkauft es dann?

I purchased a lifetime licence for Thrive Themes in 2020 and was informed in my discussion on their chat that I would be looked after and did not have to purchase anything else that I did not need. Today after the latest updates, I cannot access the backend of my dashboard as I get a Fatal Error revolving around Thrive. My site host - SiteGround spent 30+ min trying to help me only to discover it is something inside of Thrive that they cannot access. Thrive support simply say purchase a new licence on subscription... my question is why when I purchased it for a lifetime.
