Support funktioniert nicht richtig. Viele Bugs. Wenige Möglichkeiten, um anständige Designs zu erstellen und preislich viel höher viele andere Themes.

I have been a paying customer for 5 years. Over those 5 years, there have been constant technical issues with the theme builder that have cropped up on our sites. Most of those technical issues get chalked up to 'unfixible' or 'someone elses' fault. Their developers are lazy and don't want to do the work to fix core problems with the software. Our most recent issue is that our Gravity Forms started breaking a few months ago, and will not work with their builder lightboxes or leadboxes; which have not been updated in years. After weeks of back and forth and investigating with their support team and pinpointing the issue to the ThriveThemes lightboxes and leadboxes, their developer says "we don't know how Gravity Forms works so we can't fix the problem". So now, we are left stranded without fully functioning forms on our website, scrambling, because Thrive can't fix another technical problem. I wish this was the only time we had this experience, but its not. This has happened atleast 1-2 per year, and we have multiple technical issues on our site that 'cant be fixed' because they don't know what is wrong. Don't waste your time. Buy something else. These guys are an embarrassment to SaaS and their product continues to decline and more issues crop up. Buying ThriveThemes will be more costly than using something else, because youll need to switch off when some of these issues start popping up for you. Their product does not work with the main Form product on the market. Just remember that.

Hello guys... I will write the most honest review about thrive themes... They are the best theme... It makes super easy to create anything... And it looks very good... The only problem is that sometimes it doesnt save the work you do... But for real they have the best support ever... im using thrive like 35 days now.. and i have make questions on support like 8-9 times... And they fix every issue i have... They are very good...

Ich habe eigentlich bereits alle Pagebuilder oder Wordpress-Themes ausprobiert, seien es Divi, Elementor, BeTheme, Astra, GeneratePress, Kadence, Ocean, Avada, Enfold, Oxygen und und und. Ständig gab es irgendwelche gravierenden Bugs, Sachen haben nicht funktioniert oder das Tool war nicht intuitiv und nicht nutzerfreundlich. Bei Thrive funktioniert einfach alles. Es hat den selben Funktionsumfang wie Elementor (bzw. sogar mehr, für manche Funktionen brauchte ich die Premium Addons for Elementor), ist aber gleichzeitig viel leichter zu bedienen. Thrive habe ich nie ausprobiert weil es immer in die Nische gesteckt wurde, dass es nur geeignet sei, Landing Pages zu bauen. Das war mir zu wenig da ich schon einige Funktionen brauchen. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich Thrive lieber schon viel früher ausprobiert hätte. Doch ich will nicht nur über andere schimpfen sondern auch mal konkret die Sachen bei Thrive loben, die mir bei anderen Sachen gefehlt haben: 1. die Vorlagen sind wirklich gut und eigene Farbcodes, Schriften und das Corporate Design wird wirklich automatisch implementiert wenn man Vorlagen hochlädt. Das war bei Elementor oder anderen Themes nicht immer so. 2. Es gibt wahnsinnig viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für Blogarchivdesigns oder einzelne Blogartikel. Bei Divi gab es hier ständig irgendwelche Bugs und nicht viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, bei Elementor war es einfach super nervig weil es gar nicht intuitiv war. 3. der Pagespeed selbst bei mobiler Version ist überragend 4. es gibt wahnsinnig viele Erklärvideos von Thrive selbst im eingeloggten Bereich 5. es gibt super viele Funktionen für dynamische Daten, bspw. einzelne Wörter in einem Text dynamisieren. Das ging bei anderen Tools ebenfalls nicht, da konnte meist nur der ganze Text dynamisch sein, nicht nur ein einzelnes Wort - das spart verdammt viel Arbeit wenn das selbe dynamische Wort im Artikel bspw. 20 mal vorkommt und nicht 20 mal manuell geändert werden muss. Über die letzten Jahre scheint Thrive etwas teurer geworden zu sein, wenn man sich Reviews im Internet durchliest wo noch günstigere Preise stehen aber ich finde den aktuellen Preis von ungefähr 300 Euro im Jahr fair. Wenn die Macher von Thrive jetzt noch ein CRM/Pipeline/Newslettermarketing-Tool bauen würden, wäre das Gesamtpaket absolut unschlagbar und würde damit meiner Meinung nach im Bereich CRM sogar Hubspot, Salesforce und Zoho Konkurrenz machen. Diese Verknüpfung macht meiner Meinung nach definitiv Sinn schließlich merkt man, dass Thrive auf Conversions optimiert ist und das wäre ein weiterer Schritt in diese Richtung.

I said all along that if Thrive Themes honoured my refund I would update my one star review. I am happy to say that they have refunded me in full in a timely manner and that my experience with them was a pleasant one. Their customer service is responsive and good. My issue was sorted within 48 hours. Appreciated.

I've been using Thrive since 2016 or so and I've always had a great experience. Support is always helpful, and the products are reliable. They solve so many problems when building a conversion focused Wordpress site! In the last year or so I've also come to use their LMS feature which is a breeze to setup and integrates well with our system. I use the ThriveSuite for 3 or 4 years now. To buy it was one of the best business decisions I ever made. There is the outstanding theme builder with all its templates, there are the fantastic plugins like a Quiz builder and a fully-fledged online course suite, Apprentice, there is the University section with marketing and tech courses, lots of them free. And then, the top-notch support (I never experienced something like this elsewhere, they literally log into your account and search for solutions), it would be worth the subscription fee on its own. :-)

I have been using Thrive Themes and although I like the look of the theme, when they update their products, formatting issues start appearing on your website. This happens all too often. The Thrive Themes support doesn't make any effort to help with this. The support is horrible.
