I enjoyed my call with the NP, but since I did not want to/couldn’t do the meds (trying to conceive) I am excluded from the entire program The part of the advertisement that intrigued me was that this was like functional medicine, nutrition, life coaching, etc. If you don’t want to do the meds, they will not allow you to participate in the program.

Update: 6/10/24 I have since changed my star rating to 1 from 5 and have cancelled my account with Thrivelab due to poor communication and fraudulent billing. I signed up for services for $99 initially which I was told was billed quarterly and there was a $45 per call fee, even states that clearly on my quarterly invoice. I was told the billing department would verify insurance coverage and if insurance was covered and less than the $45 I would receive a credit. I was told it wouldn't be more than $45 per call if insurance didn't cover it since I paid the $99 for quarterly service. Thrivelab delayed in verifying insurance until after I had already seen them twice and paid the $45 each time. The second call was literally 7 minutes long and they billed my insurance nearly $500. They never verified insurance, they billed insurance. So insurance came back with an explanation of benefits saying they were allowed to bill me $150+/- but due to my deductible I had to pay in full. Thrivelab took the money out of my bank account even after I emailed them multiple times saying this wasn't right and I was told I would never pay over $45 for the calls since I was on the quarterly plan. There is no way to login and remove your bank/credit information once they have it they will bill you whatever they want. After escalating my concerns with management all they could offer was a $40 credit and I was informed they had to bill me because they didn't want to get in trouble for insurance fraud. Insurance fraud has been committed because they are billing insurance and astronomical amount that is a fraudulent amount. One of my calls was 7 minutes long and no prescriptions were given, only thing discussed were my labs in which she had already told me had nothing to do with prescribing hormones, so it was a pointless call, just to bill more. I never would have signed up with Thrivelab knowing it was $99 quarterly, $45 per call, PLUS whatever amount they want to bill insurance and pass along to the patient as well. So misleading. So disappointing. Everyone I have been in touch with at Thrivelab has been amazing. They have all gone above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable and all my questions were always answered. I had many, many questions before starting my BHRT journey and everyone at Thrivelab made sure all questions were answered, including reaching out to their doctors and checking before I even scheduled an appointment. Dr. Bimisa has been wonderful. She always early to our appointments and explains things very well. She's always available and gets right back to me when needed. I'm very happy with Thrivelab and definitely recommend them to all women.

Great customer service and timely follow up!

The practitioner that I spoke with was amazing! She completely understood all my symptoms and listened to my concerns. She was very empathetic.
