Dr. B and her assistant Hazel are amazing! Any questions, immediately answered! Talk about caring for patients…. I go to a lot of doctors because of other health issues, but I’ve never experienced a provider care so much about her patients! I originally started with another provider here, she was really lovely…I’m a long time patient and that Dr left the practice for a short time, and I met this beautiful woman with the most beautiful soul, Dr Bimisa Agustin ( Dr. B)… my old provider came back so I was switched back over to the original provider I’d started with….. I called immediately requesting Dr B again. You can’t go back to good when you’ve experienced someone who really knows her stuff and gives a S*#T about you. You are not just 15 minutes on her calendar, she listens, she helps and you feel her love for what she does EVERY VISIT! I’ve never experienced such care, such service, and they work with you as much as you need to until everything is right with your hormones. I tried everything synthetic before coming here, the pellets, the creams “that stimulate your body to produce hormones “…. That never worked for me. Bioidentical is the answer if those others don’t work, in my opinion. But, you know when you’ve made a genuine connection with someone and you can feel the care, she invests in you. I’ve experienced that from all of the ladies here… but Dr B and her incredible staff, HAZEL…. These ladies are why I stay! Thank you for your service and for genuinely loving your patients enough to put up with them when they’re all, menopausal. 🤣 Seriously, thank you and HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you want the short answer!

From start to current, Dr. Garth and Maricarmen have been great to deal with. The time and focus they give makes me feel more than just a client. The communication and professionalism from both of them are second to none. This journey has been a great experience and I am loving the results. I have my energy back, and feel great again. The gym is meaningful again and I feel great. I’m finally me again, and I’m thankful for that

I absolutely love my provider! This has made such an improvement in my health. I’ve been with Thrive for two years and Brittany has found the sweet spot for my hormones. She tweaks when needed and answers any questions or concerns I have quickly.

My call was professional and informative. I was very pleased with all my questions being answered and appreciate the kindness and professionalism.

My first appointment was great. The provider took her time and listened to all my concerns. After the appointment I received lab orders, I asked to have my ferritin checked.. needless to say Im STILL waiting on an updated order that includes my ferritin. Then I received a message saying I had to find a third party supplier since their supplier didnt service my state,but they were going to charge me an additinal $29 a month for them sending the script plus the $49 monthly membership fee. A few hours later the customer service advocate informed me they suddenly have a supplier that services my state. It's been over a week, no response from my provider and no updated labs orders. Avoid the headache and find the money grab that is THRIVE LABS. ***EDIT*** updated from 1 Star to 4 Star A member of Thrive Labs called me to discuss my experience. She was apologetic for the experience. ***Edit*** The issues with this company are never-ending. I canceled my subscription in June 2026, yet somehow received another charge in October 2026, four months later. These predatory billing practices are unacceptable. I've called numerous times, only to get their answering machine.
