Just started with thrive
Just started with thrive. So far the process has been seamless and easy. The first meeting with the nurse practitioner was easy and quick. She was able to answer all my questions and the meeting with dietician was amazing as well. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of insight on better eating habits and answered any and all questions I had. Look forward to see the progress over next couple months.

Using health insurance is advertised
Using health insurance is advertised, but it really isn't possible. However, I still signed up and the product i chose is out of stock for a couple of weeks. Should I expect this to happen once im using the medication...I hope not

Hello Jason, I am sorry to hear of your experience. We do accept insurance specific to clinical visits, your coverage is determined by your insurance carrier. Our goal is to be in network contract with all major carriers. I will have someone from billing connect on the insurance piece to review your coverage. In regard to medication shortage this is not a recurring challenge we face, and we are expected to have a prompt resolution soon. I am sorry for the delay in starting treatment, we are excited for you to get started and meet your goals.

Lack of professionalism
I've been attempting to address an issue since 1:30PM Friday and have received no response via email as of 11:30AM the following Monday. Their chat/phone support has been dismissive, unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked clear communication. I'm under the impression they outsource their phone support overseas. They clearly go out of their way to funnel all contact to one person with no potential to escalate to another point of contact. Seek any other clinic as communication is not a strong point. *edit* I've attempted to reach Jordan by phone, no response, I'll continue attempting until I'm able to make contact

Short wait time for first appointment, the provider made extra room on her schedule! She is incredibly knowledgeable about hormonal therapy, very much looking forward to the effects!
