Hi there, Our mission is to make hormone health accessible and affordable globally. Your feedback is important to us. Health care providers are trained and specialized in specific fields. It is important that you and your provider build a trusting relationship especially when it comes to your plan. You should always feel comfortable and confident in the treatment you are receiving. There is a 90 Day Optimization period where your provider will adjust your dosage and treatment plan according to your symptoms and reaction to treatment. As a company, we do adhere to guidelines from The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) which recommend treating patient symptoms rather than hormone levels in the blood. Depending on symptoms and medical history, your provider will likely recommend starting BHRT or TRT without lab work. Baseline lab work is not required or necessary to see success with hormone replacement therapy.
