This company provides a very affordable labs and medication. However, they will charge you time and time again for services they didn't provide. I have not been seen by the Thrivelab Nurse Practitioner sine July 2022, but they charged my bank account 3 times for her services ( $99 each appointment). When called customer services they tell you that someone will reach out and resolve issue but no one does. Called twice and it's pointless. I guess I have no choice but block them through my bank and discontinue services with Thrivelab.

Getting in touch with someone that listens and is prompt to respond is a highlight this day and age. Very professional and it was easy to navigate through the system. Excited to see my new changes to come.
