Great start attentive knowledgeable, and caring

Very poor communication. I received my shipment with no instruction on how to administer and how to tell the correct dose. I've never injected myself and was a little apprehensive. I asked for a video instruction that I had to request several times before I received it. I ended up researching online myself to figure out how. Part of the monthly cost I am paying is for access to support should I need it. I wait for days for responses to any questions. I was leaving for a trip and needed to coordinate shipment dates since no one was going to be at my home to receive it and I didn't want it sitting outside my doorstep. They do not offer a patient portal to access shipment schedules or information. I tried sending a few emails to coordinate and ultimately left a final email telling them my date of return. Let's hope someone got my email.

Brittany is excellent, responsive. Makes thoughtful changes in consultation with me based on labs.

I am updating my review and reducing the number of stars because no one ever returns my calls when I have questions. I am just not happy with the customer service. I have requested that my subscription be cancelled today as well.

The support and treatment were wonderful for the first 2 months. Then for some reason, they stopped sending me refills. I've texted and emailed customer support but I never got a real answer. I talked to the nurse practitioner who said she'll make sure they send some refills, but that's been over 1 week ago, and still haven't heard anything. So I asked to cancel my subscription but never got a response for that as well.

Kelly , Whitney and NP Kim have been super patient and helpful with me . There care, concern and customer service has been optimal. I just need to see if the treatment plan is going to work for the best of my health . If it does then it will be a miracle. Thank you all for trying to help .
