I’m really enjoying my experience with thrivelab. They are very professional and attentive to my needs/concerns. I am extremely happy with the results and wish I had started this years earlier. Highly recommend.

The openness of the provider listening to my needs.

I got an appointment very quickly and was able to reschedule at the last second because of a timing conflict. My provider was extremely knowledgeable and truly cared about resolving my hormonal concerns.

Dr. De Palma was so understanding and listened to what I had to say. Not only was she knowledgeable, but you could tell she cares. I am looking forward to this new journey of mine and grateful to have an opportunity to change my life where without this therapy it would not be possible given my low levels. Thank you Thrivelab!

I liked the easiness that the doctor took my history, and sent the prescription, and she told me that my questions would be answered promptly, but since then I had questions which have not been answered and it’s been about two weeks now or more. On another note their set up to follow up is not with a human being you have to fill out that initial form again which is quite confusing, you have to a scroll for dates instead of being able to put them in manually. The old answers are still there so not sure if I’m supposed to delete those answers, add if anymore etc.

Bridget is absolutely wonderful with an amazing natural gift of creating a calm, trustworthy atmosphere. Yes, even over the phone. By the time I we hung up, I knew that a solution to my issues was on its way. Brittany likewise, was easy to talk to and I felt “heard”. She extremely knowledgeable about every aspect my medical history.
