On the initial consult with a sales rep Briget and my provider Lisa, I was impressed with both they were both knowledgeable and professional and it all went very smoothly, The problem I ran into was when it was time to get the medication. So I knew I was going to have to pay $79 a month for the service and $108 for the medications but I never expected another $45 consult fee but it was debited from my account Going into day 2 of trying to get this resolved as patient care people via email apparently can’t do anything for anyone. I was told I never paid it the first time: lie-1 I Senr them then Indo from my bank Lie 2 they told me I was confused because I was thinking of the $79 a month well no the confusion is with you Then they told me they cannot see their billing system and it doesn’t show what I have paid Ok I know every company has a different way of billing but you are gonna tell me you cannot see information about payments in the billing system? I mean come on people! Fred Flintstone had a better system!! I believe we are on email number 17 not to mention the multiple text messages I have sent. I requested a supervisor call me but guess what no supervisor did! I sent them the info from my bank on their error and want a refund and at this point I want a discount I really am Leary about this company now I also think their customer service must be overseas.
