I can’t give enough accolades to Thrivelab!! They literally have changed my life. I started with a consultation call a little over a year ago. I was 10 years into menopause and cried my eyes out while talking to my Thrivelab care provider. She listened to me patiently about each one of the symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Bimisa and her team have been exceptional. She’s not only very knowledgeable, but has a deep understanding of how the body’s systems work together and doesnt just treat surface-level symptoms. That level of insight is rare and has made a significant difference in my care. She’s also genuinely kind, supportive, and takes the time to truly listen, which makes you feel confident in her guidance. Hazel has been equally comforting consistently responsive, friendly, and efficient, always making sure my questions are handled quickly and thoroughly. The ability to meet with Dr. Bimisa virtually is a huge advantage and makes staying consistent with care simple and convenient. Overall, this has been a high-level experience, and I would absolutely recommend them.
