My caregiver really cares about my health. If we have an appt scheduled and I not able to attend she always gets back with me, she calls me every month to talk and go over my plan and always and I do mean always she ask how am I doing. I think she is the best.

A company is only as good as it’s people & Blair Grant is amazing! She has been so attentive & really listens to my questions & description of symptoms. She has taken her time to educate me on BHRT & I really appreciate this newfound knowledge. My calls & messages are returned in the most timely manner. From the very beginning of my journey with thrivelab, and I felt nurtured, heard, and cared for. Every step of the way I was informed and listened to beyond what I had learned to expect from my regular practitioner through my health insurance. The idea that as women we have to yell so loudly to feel seen and heard; especially in terms of how we are experiencing our own changes in our own bodies. My nurse practitioner was extremely caring and let me through the process with ease, and I am happily a changed woman at 46 with hopes that I can maintain my natural and once-forgotten joy for life. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is exhausted by the American healthcare system and it’s seeming inability to focus on, and believe our experiences.

At a time where customer service appears to be virtually non existent, Thrivelab has been the exception to the rule . From the initial consultation through the evaluation of my blood work and formulation of a plan. I have enjoyed the thoughtful, thorough approach taken by everyone involved. It’s a little early in the process, but I am looking forward to future results. I would certainly recommend these folks to anyone considering TRT or optimization.
