I was lucky enough to find Thrive Lab! No doctor would listen to me as to my issues with menopause. I was sent on my way and told this is how it is. Since my first visit with Michele Postol, and starting the bio identical hormones, I feel like I did 10 years ago!

From the initial consult to the extensive phone call with the NP, I felt my needs were heard and understood. My questions were answered in detail. I'm looking forward to my journey.

Absolutely horrible. They are overpriced, neglectful and disorganized. They will withhold medication from you for weeks and months in order to make more money. Don't do it.

No help with an expiring kit. Would have only taken new blood sample vials to be sent. You’ve lose my future business

They told me what kind of an ultrasound I needed. Nice, kind, and understanding service.

I am feeling like my old self, and that is big for me, and I am very grateful. The experience with Thrivelab has been great. The check-ups/ins are friendly, accommodating, and persistent, which I enjoy. It's good to see that I'm progressing and have someone to share that experience with. Rachel has been a real blessing.

When I first began services with Thrivelab, I felt confident in my decision and believed I found a provider who was worth the investment. The initial consult and first month delivery went very well. Since then, my experience with Thrivelab has been less than satisfactory. In the short time I have been receiving care, there was an unexplained delay in my prescription refill causing me to miss THREE days of treatment, calls not returned as promised by the operator, and a follow-up appointment cancelled after waiting 30 minutes from the start time. Although the staff is always cordial, and even refunded my monthly membership fee for inconveniences, I get the impression things are overlooked and/or ineffectively communicated among them. At this point, I'm not sure if Thrivelab is truly the five star provider it claims to be on their site and my experience so far is making me second guess if I can trust them with my care. 8/29/23 edit: I’m not sure how you are having trouble reaching me when my phone number and email are clearly listed on my account profile. I have not received any missed calls/voice mails etc.
