Not just "this time." Constant, communicating is award and takes days....DAYS. This time: I received my "shipment is delayed." I immediately texted "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION." Next day an order (that I did not want, arrived.) Tried to schedule an exit call... no appointment available until after January (Feb...March?) &Price "meds" did Nothing. Disgusted CANCEL! REFUND THIS ORDER PLEASE.

I just signed up with Thive labs this past Friday. Even though we are in the middle of the holidays I should be receiving my medication in just a few days. They went out of their way to fit my initial first telehealth appointment into their busy schedule. If the service aways at this high quality I think I made the right choice. Thank you!

Great experience with a wonderful provider who is personable, knowledgeable and takes time to explain the processes, program logistics, what to expect and our patient responsibilities to achieve maximum therapeutic effect in an understandable manner. And the extra perks as well don’t hurt either 😉
