It was the worse experience ever, The employees are rude and try to scam you telling you wrong informations while writing what they want on the contract. They urge you to sign and use the trust they won by speaking to you so you sign Then once you get back the car they charge you additional elements and when you complain they are rude. Real scammers Also be careful they will cut from your deposit even if you had paid tolls without providing any statement on what was paid for with these money When you look to speak to the manager of the branch he is never there A real mafia

This is a terrible service. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years. But for 2 months they don’t answer any emails of follow up. How do they treat other people if this is how they treat loyal clients? Ammu in accounts and Claudine in sales just don’t seem to care.

They do not deserve even a star, the worst company ever, no proper customer service, delay in delivery delay in collection keeps changing the delivery and pickup time. The driver was shouting on me and i was about to call the police to take an action. Do mot waist your money, time and energy on this company not worth it at all. Thrifty is a big scammer and fraudulent, and will charge & rob you by sending traffic fine emails and blocking money from your bank card WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION! Besides this, they advertise on social media for much less prices, but once you want to make contract, they say only possible through website and when you check website, prices are double folded. They attract people by fake advertisements and misuse customers' trust after making contract. BE AWARE NOT TO THINK ABOUT RENTING ANY CAR FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY, OR ELSE YOU'LL GET SCREWED BADLY!

Its very disappointing and to be very honest i will never ever use your services also will never ever recommend thrifty to anyone. AED 2000 for minor damage is seriously very expensive and not at all justifiable. Seriously very disappointed with the way thrifty is working which is only focusing on making money and not at all considering the consumer's situation.
