be very careful when you arrive at athens airport with hertz/Thrifty we were manipulated into upgrading and it turned out that we literally upgraded to a smaller car the reason i did not give it 1 star is that ironically our car was broken into and we had to go back to get another car this time a lovely young man gave us a massive car for the duration of our hoilday. what a differnce customer service makes

the car itself was in perfect shape, the pickup service at the end of the rental (hotel) was not good at all. First wrong hotel, 2 hours late, and the highlight was a reduced return payment of the deposit!! was really a thrifty fan in Dubai, this changes a lot for my next visit in August, sorry!

I rented a car for one day in Dubai Marina with full insurance coverage. While the car was parked, a truck hit it. The police report clearly states that the other driver was fully at fault. After the accident, I was shocked and disoriented. While I was being taken to the hospital by ambulance, I informed both the rental office where I was supposed to return the car and the call center about the incident. The police arranged for the car to be towed from the accident location. Now the rental service wants to deduct the towing cost from my deposit. I do not understand why I should pay for towing in a situation where the accident was not my fault, the car was parked, full insurance was purchased, and the police report confirms full responsibility of the other driver. This handling of the deposit and post-accident process is very disappointing and unclear. =====reply of reply==== Thank you for your response, but I do not follow this logic. The car was parked, the police report states that the other driver was fully at fault, and I had full insurance. After the accident I was taken to hospital by ambulance, but I still informed both your office and your call center about the incident. I also have WhatsApp screenshots showing that the recovery driver contacted Thrifty shortly after the accident and was told that I had to pay the recovery fee. I can also provide screenshots of my chats with your offices. So this was not simply an issue between me and an external recovery company. Thrifty was informed, Thrifty was involved, and the car was rented from Thrifty. I still do not understand why this cost should be deducted from my deposit in a no-fault accident confirmed by the police report.

Rented from WTC mall Abu Dhabi for 4 days, the staff itself was amazing. But deposit is 3000 aed if you have debit card. It took 3 weeks to process deposit return and charge for salik. Even then not full breakdown was provided. Found out that they charged deposit refund banking charges too, which was not told before.

this is an average travel company but when I try Moosa Rent A Car company I feel that Moosa Rent A Car company is one of the best to others because in this company all staff is well trained and professional so I give a 5-star rating to Moosa Rent A Car company

Took forever to get a shuttle from the airport. Tried to put me in a vehicle I didn’t reserve and claim it was comparable (a minivan and a Yukon SUV are not comparable). They offered me their fuel top off price and said I would only be charged for what they put in. When I returned it full they said their was no top off option and I had to complain to get a refund. The guy goes, “Yea for future reference that’s not how anyone does it.” I told him I know which is why I clarified it with the other representative 3 times. Bottom line, she/they lied and were trying to rip us off. I hate scammy companies and won’t use them again!

Almost 2 hour wait at RSW airport got an adequate size substitute vehicle but smelled like deodorizer over cigarette smoke. Biggest clue beyond the smell was the big cigarette burn on the middle front arm rest. Folks were nice but I’m sure just overwhelmed by the spring crowd in Florida.

Used this company while in vacation to Fl and highly regret it. From the arrival to their front desk and no one being there to having to use another co owner company to having to add fees that we didn’t agree to on line. Fast forward a week and we return the car to them, of course them adding a fee for a full tank of gas for less than an 1/8 used... Not recommended
