Service not as expected
TBN has great styles and their prices are decent; however, their ability to get items shipped in an expedient manner has always been problematic (especially considering their large shipping costs). On this particular day, about three weeks after I had placed an order, my order STILL had not shipped and no one in customer service could tell me when or if it would ever go out. I then cancelled the order. I wish I could say I thought things were going to improve soon but I see zero evidence of that as another order I placed shortly after the first is still out in the ether somewhere.
