I ordered items that never arrived. At first they told me it was because they were moving warehouses. When the items still didn’t arrive I reached out again & they never responded to be. I had to go to PayPal to get my money back.

As always, excellent service and timely delivery. I’ve never had an issue with this company.

The product I ordered was low quality and completely inappropriately sized - to the extent that the top looked like it was sewn together as a school project - which makes me worried about the labor practices used. BUT customer service was amazing. They respond quickly, gave me and immediate refund and validated my concerns. I imagine the quality of the products and the sizing varies greatly as I've learned is often the case with all of these new online shops. I would probably take another chance if I saw something I really loved, knowing they have your back if there's a problem. If I received more faulty low quality products however, I would cease ordering.

So disappointed with this store. Ordered 1/20, received 2/21, almost a full month to the day from my initial order. One of the items (a pair of wide legged pants) was COMPLETELY sheer. Had this been a skirt or a dress, fine, I could wear a slip. But sheer pants, nope. Two others were much bigger than expected. I started the return process. It gave no opportunity to exchange for a smaller size, just that I could send back (I have to pay shipping AND a restocking fee!!!). Won’t be shopping here again.
