Cute, good quality clothes
I’ve made two purchases and have been very happy. The clothes were high quality, comfortable and cute. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Some items have a slightly steep price, but I waited for them to go in sale. I would purchase from Three Bird Nest again.

Unhappy returns
I returned an item and the process was not easy. Then I was charged for return shipping and lost $15.00 of a 70. 00 Something purchase just for returning it. That is unsatisfactory in my opinion. I will only do business with companies that have free return shipping from now on.

Three Bird Nest is a smaller business and while we try our best to reduce the cost and impact to our customers, our returns ultimately result in $7.95 label fee deducted from the overall refund as well as the initial shipping cost being non-refundable. As our company grows, this is definitely an area we look to revisit and your feedback regarding the returns process is extremely appreciated. It truly does help us grow and focus on the policies that impact our customers the most.

Cozy jumpsuit but sizing was off. Fits large
Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The fabric is super cozy. My only issue is the sizing. I should have ordered a small. I generally take a medium but this is a very oversized garment. Nice for hanging around the house but too much like pajamas to wear out.
