ThreadlessReviews of threadless.com

I'm a new Threadless customer, but I can already tell I'll be a long term one! The selection of art styles and subjects is extensive. I found designs that every single person in my family would like, from grandma down to the kids! The ordering process was quick and easy, and prices are reasonable. As a plus size customer I was expecting to pay extra for my shirts but I didn't, which was a very pleasant surprise. When my order arrived I was floored by the high quality printing AND a high quality shirt. Again, speaking as a plus sized customer, the shirts I buy online are often lower quality than regular sized shirts, but this tee is soft, comfy, and fits well! I can't speak to longevity but I am already an extremely happy customer and will definitely be ordering again and often!

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father's Day. I did not read the material composition carefully, and ended up with a material type he dislikes wearing. Threadless to the rescue! I not only received a new shirt free of charge, and also avoided the returns hassle. Kudos to their customer service, very quick to respond. And very kind.

The products I've ordered from Threadless have almost all been great, and the customer service is ALWAYS great. Once I ordered some tank tops and the printing was a little bit damaged on one, and they immediately sent me a replacement and gave me a credit for a future order. Another time, I got a shirt that was a little bit bigger than I expected, and they sent me a replacement for free! On both occasions customer service was prompt and polite. I'm going to keep ordering from here for a long time!

I am very satisfied with the customer service at Threadless. I had purchased some regular t-shirts as well as a couple tri-blend during one of their sales and while the shirts were great for the first couple wears, after the second wash the normal t-shirts had shrunk a bit in the length department and I wasn't super happy with them. I reached out to explain the issue and asked if I could exchange the normal shirts for tri-blend versions and pay the difference to make up for it but the customer rep insisted on sending me the tri-blend versions as replacements free of charge. My own personal preference is I'll stick to the tri-blend or premium tees going forward but I'lll be more than happy to do so with the great experience I had with Thredless so far.

Besides the unique and lovable designs, I have always had the best customer service experience with Threadless. They help me find the right fit and style and make returns and exchanges really easy and at no-cost. It makes buying from Threadless a no-brainer.

I’m very satisfied with the assistance I received from threadless help desk. I had a problem with the shipping fees of my order. They replied in a very short time and were very helpful and professional.

I have always loved Threadless tshirts. I have been ordering from them for at least a decade probably more. I never had any issues with my orders, except for this last one regarding sizing. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took care of the order issues not once but twice with a quick response, replacements and no hassles. Thank you for another great experience

Threadless has the best customer service. I received a tee that was misprinted, and I got a hoodie that was just too big for me, and some shirts that I just didn't like that much. I let them know, and they sent me the correct print for free, and let me keep/donate the hoodie and shirts, AND let me replace the ones I didn't like with different designs for free! The USPS lost my new order, and when I got absolutely nowhere with USPS, they shipped out a third order, also completely free! Threadless has so many awesome designs. Whenever I need a new fun tee, they are my go to.
