PRINTS DETERIORATE RAPIDLY
I have been a fan of threadless for many years and have been buying there for many years. The last 2 years on black friday they have had a big sale at which i bought about 10 shirts or so each time. Unlike the shirts i got from them in the early 2000s - every. single. one - of the new shirts i have bought have deteriorated RAPIDLY. As in less than a year since i bought these new shirts - which i LOVE - the print has faded to the point you cant even see the artwork. The shirts are flimsy any decent-enough quality but literally - EVERY SINGLE SHIRT - the print has deteriorated in the wash to the point that its unrecognizable. I wash cold on gentle doesnt matter. It got to the point that i researched this problem it bothered me so much. Turns out there are many 'threads' out there regarding the major drop in quality of their prints. I wont be ordering again and that makes me sad. FIX THE QUALITY THESE SHIRTS SHOULD LAST YEARS AND YEARS. Order #8327467 -2019 Order #6955313 - 2020

Customer service is AMAZING
Customer service is AMAZING. Threadless puts a difference between amazing customer service and AMAZING customer service. I wouldn't worry about any mistake that can occur during your order. Their customer service will take care of you and leave you happy.

Customer service is AMAZING!!
Customer service is AMAZING!! I have been a customer of Threadless for 5+ years and they are 100% wanting their customers to be happy!! The return/exchange policy is the best! I rarely go anywhere else when I want colorful, fun, unique prints!!

Ordered a gift for my GF on the 1st
Ordered a gift for my GF on the 1st, no updates since the 3rd. Customer service was not helpful at all, offered me a refund and stopped replying after i said i still needed the gift even tho the birthday has already passed. I am extremely unhappy with this level of customer service if you can even call it that.

Fantastic problem solving
I ordered several shirts in what I thought was the correct size for me but I turned out to be wrong; too small! Grace from the Help Team ran them all through one size up at no charge, then dug into the weeds of why some of those new ones fit and some didn’t. Great follow up and detail orientation! I feel more than confident about ordering from Threadless again!

Excellent customer service and products!
Excellent customer service and great products all around! Recently bought a blanket on sale for next winter and the art on it is simply awesome! I've bought many shirts in the last few years and the quality on them is superb, plus, the size selection is great. Can't recommend enough!
