I placed and order, got confirmation of delivery but the order never arrived. I have written several email messages but nothing. Not a great customer service !

I never recieved my package. I reached out to customer service twice to see if deliveries could be made 'signature only' (did not even ask for replacement). Never got a reply. I tried to close my account, customer service lied to me and told me it was closed; I continue to be able to log in and continue get marketing emails despite unsubscribing. I think this is probably a scam or data mining op.

The customer service is almost non-existent as it's very, very difficult to reach a human being. I've sent emails that didn't get answered for days. I've tried to use the chat option on their website but there is rarely anyone available and after answering all the chatbot questions it tells me there is no one available to help me. I was on hold with their 800 number for 58 minutes before a human being finally answered. For the amount of money they charge they should be able to afford customer service reps. How ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. Waited on hold for over an hour to reach someone. Almost impossible to get refunded money despite sending in the return and making sure they have received it. Still haven't received my refund - "apparently" it can take up to three weeks.... but that time period has passed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This company is a TOTAL SCAM! Cancellation is not going to happen! I had to shut down my account just to keep from being ripped off by these scam artists! The product doesn’t even work and No one is going to answer the phone— Just that stupid AI CRAP 💩

The website is very clunky. I couldn't figure out how to write a review, even after Googling it. Situation: I purchased potassium citrate. Just a few minutes later I realized that I need potassium chloride instead. I tried to cancel my order, I sent an email through the website with a request to cancel my order as well as an email through my email account. In the meantime, I called the company the day after I made the order, monday, to no avail as I was never able to speak with a human. I did finally receive an email from Thorne, but it was 2 weeks later. So, in addition to the poorly-managed and poor quality of the website, the customer service is sorely lacking. The customers seem to be an afterthought. As for the product itself, it's highly overpriced; however, more time is required to determine whether the quality is any good. It's just too soon to know. All this being said, I tried thorn because it was recommended to me to my doctor. So I don't want to say the product itself is a one star, yet. In this day and age of being able to purchase from a good company versus purchase from a Bad Company, I choose to put my money into the good companies. I usually don't write reviews but I want others to know about the lack of service from this company and I don't want others to waste their money as I have. Is very frustrating to purchase something from a company only to later learn that that company kind of sort of sucks. Customers should be the second most important variable, second only to the product quality.

This is not a legitimate pharmaceutical company, they have no customer service, just a phone bot that doesn't help , trying to return a product we cannot consume, they refused to acknowledge after multiple emails, simply said your case has been closed, have sent at least 4 emails regarding the product requesting a return of a sealed bottle, buyer beware, do not waste money on them , stick to regular big names that actually help and respond to the consumer. Scam artists a plenty is a better definition. Thorne is a good name , because a thorn is what you get for purchasing their products

My rating is not for the product. It is for their non-existent customer service. I have spent over $1,000 this year on their website. I am what is considered a black tier rewards member. So I do believe in their supplements. But God forbid there is any sort of issue because their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. I had a weird glitchy thing happen on their website when I was placing an order and emailed both Thorne support and TrueMed which is how I paid for my order. TrueMed got back to me within an hour. Thorne got back to me almost a month later. I'm not kidding. And their response was ridiculous and lazy. Clearly, they never looked up the order. They should not sell direct to consumer if they are not going to respond to customer inquiries. I had an issue with them early on this year and it was the same thing. They sent me double the order and charge my credit card twice. Nobody responded to the email and I eventually called on the phone waited forever and was told by somebody who wasn't very nice that they would send me a return label. That never came and I had to email their corporate leadership where it got rectified. So apparently if you have a real issue, you need to look up the people at the very top to get anything to happen. This is not efficient. Do better, Thorne.
