The initial set up was really fast and deliveries always arrive nice and early. Love the fact that oat milk is an option, and it tastes great too! Had to change the quantity of milk I receive and called the customer number where my call was picked up immediately and Kyle was really friendly and helped me sort it straight away.

Excellent customer service, Tracey was very polite and lovely to speak with.

Good milk and reliable deliveries but check your statements. I have been with them for 18 months and I pay by direct debit but am regularly (50% of the time) overcharged. They always refund me but I am fed up complaining and get broken promises.

We have been a customer of Thomson Dairies for a couple of years now and the quality of service has been fantastic. Tracy has dealt with all my queries efficiently and professionally and always with such a lovely manner, she couldn’t give a higher standard of customer service. A huge thank you for everything.
