Thomson DairiesReviews of thomsondairies.com

Thomson Dairies have delivered our milk eggs and yoghurts for almost 2 years now. We take delivery 2x a week. This has saved the planet a lot of single use plastic as all milk and juice is delivered in glass bottles. Quality of milk and other products is consistent and very good. Recently we took delivery of oat milk which is tasty and of great quality. Tracy and Lynn (office staff) have provided excellent and friendly support with setting up online ordering and any changes to delivery. I can fully recommend Thomson Dairies.

Excellent customer service, helpful and polite when having to suspend my milk delivery for a few weeks. Thank you Nicola Campbell, you are a star!

We have recently joined and so far I am very happy with both the service and the products. I had to cancel one delivery for this week as we were travelling and there was no problem with arranging that even with just one day notice.

All perfect on time. Need more clarity how I can change order.

Easy ordering, pleasant staff. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful and personable! Happy to receive such lovely service when I phoned this morning with a concern. They got it sorted straight away for me. I just said to my mum, "I'm so glad I changed to Thomson Dairies, the lady was so lovely!" Thank you Tracy McKay 😊

Delighted with the customer service I received today whilst trying to suss out how to cancel my milk order whilst on holiday. Tracy couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and sorted it out for me right away!

I called Thomson Dairies to alter my order, the Lady on the phone was brilliant. My order was changed without any issues.
